Justices Are Urged to Reject Amazon Bid Challenging Arbitration Ruling

Amazon workers on Wednesday asked the U.S. Supreme Court to deny the e-commerce company's petition challenging a ruling that invalidated delivery drivers' arbitration agreements, my colleague Alaina Lancaster reports.

Shannon Liss-Riordan of Lichten & Liss Riordan in Boston filed the brief opposing Amazon's certiorari petition seeking to overturn an Aug. 19 decision from the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
