Welcome back to Legal Speak. In this week's episode, Litigation Daily columnist Ross Todd talks with Michele Johnson, global chair of the litigation and trial department at Latham & Watkins about the litigation trends she expects to see in 2021.
Johnson, fresh off a three-day virtual hearing, discusses the potential return of jury trials in the second half of the year, what technology changes are likely to stick around after the pandemic, and how best to train new associates in a largely online world. She says litigators will need to "see around the corners" to navigate the coming year.
