Law Firms Eschew Fixed Office Return Dates
With many U.S. lawyers and firm staff starting their twelfth month of remote work now, law firm leaders are eschewing fixed targets for a return to the office, pointing to inconsistent vaccine rollouts and comfort with the status quo, my colleague Dan Packel writes.

The case, filed Oct. 2 in Massachusetts District Court by the Brown Law Firm on behalf of Stephen Austen, accuses certain officers and directors of misleading investors in regard to Symbotic's potential for margin growth by failing to disclose that the company was not equipped to timely deploy its systems or manage expenses through project delays.
