Shouldn't The Big Four Be Making More Noise?

Yesterday, I wrote up the news that 79% of U.S. law firms were now collaborating with ALSPs. My editor asked me to insert a definition of alternative legal service provider in the article. I argued that level of market penetration is exactly why a definition isn't necessary.

With super-majorities of both law firms and corporate law departments enlisting their services, there's little "alternative" about these providers.
