How often during the week do you work out? I do some form of physical activity daily.

At what time during the day or evening do you work out? As soon as I wake up, in the early evening and before bed.

What’s your go-to routine? I take my dogs for a brisk walk at around 7 a.m. daily, I work out at around 5:30–6 p.m. before dinner, and then the dogs and I go for an evening walk around 10 p.m.

My workouts combine high intensity and strength training, and I also incorporate yoga and breath work. On Fridays, a group of friends and I work out virtually with a trainer. After my Friday workout, I teach a yoga and meditation class on Zoom from an NYC yoga studio. And I try to meditate daily, even for five to 10 minutes.

How long does it take? My workouts take around an hour with stretching and cool down. My walks are generally 45 minutes or so.
