Cindy Rosser is a Legal Director in DocuSign's Product, IP & Regulatory Affairs group and serves as global privacy counsel. She has previously served in legal roles at companies including NetApp and Symantec. Cindy received her law degree from George Mason's Antonin Scalia Law School and her B.S. in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Georgia Tech.

Stuart Brock, Esq. | Sr. Agreement Cloud Strategy Practice Director | DocuSign

Stuart Brock is a Senior Director on DocuSign's Agreement Cloud Strategy Team, where he serves as DocuSign's subject matter expert for procurement and data privacy.  Stuart joined DocuSign in May 2020 as part of the Seal Software acquisition.  At Seal, Stuart was a Director on the Practice Lead Team focusing on financial services, procurement and data privacy solutions. Before joining Seal, Stuart practiced at a top national law firm for ten years before moving in-house at Bank of America. During his tenure with Bank of America, Stuart held various roles within the Legal, Compliance & Procurement organizations. His responsibilities included the governance & management of third-party contracts, including the maintenance and technology, to support the Bank's arsenal of contract templates for more than 60 countries.  Stuart earned his BS with Honors from Wake Forest University and his JD with Honors from North Carolina Central University School of Law.
