Ninth Circuit Revives Professor's Pay Bias Case

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit has revived in part a psychology professor's claims that the University of Oregon had discriminated against her by paying her between $14,000 and $42,000 less than some of her male counterparts, my colleague Alaina Lancaster reports.
