Global law firm Dentons announced it has combined with the Nigerian law firm Adepetun, Caxton-Martins, Agbor & Segun (ACAS-Law)—the firm’s latest combination with an African firm and one that will enable it to access the legal market in the continent’s largest economy.

The deal will give Dentons a presence in Lagos, Abuja and Port Harcourt and raise its total number of locations on the continent to 17, Dentons said in a statement.
