One Global Firm Places A Bet On Insourcing
The last year of pandemic-imposed remote work isn't just pushing firms to reassess how and where partners and associates get their work done. It's also prompting decision making about back-office activities and other support functions.
A recent survey of firms conducted by HBR Consulting found that 62% of respondents expect to make significant changes to workplace strategy, potentially including service delivery, ways of work, and facilities.
