Dechert is offering an extra paid day off and a one-off COVID-19 bonus to its global business services staff.
The firm communicated internally on Thursday that it is offering all business services staff a “Day to Thrive” in recognition of their work throughout the pandemic. This extra paid day off will allow employees to “take care of your personal well-being, the well-being of your family or to help in the community”, the firm said.
