In this week's episode, Law.com business of law reporter Dylan Jackson talks with Haley Moss, an autistic attorney and neurodiversity advocate who frequently provides consulting services to companies and law firms on neurodiversity programming.
Moss has recently written a book titled, "Great Minds Think Differently: Neurodiversity for Lawyers and Other Professionals" and she talks with Jackson about how attorneys with disabilities are viewed by the legal industry. Moss says disability is still, by and large, seen by the profession as a mental health and wellness issue, rather than what it really is: a diversity, equity and inclusion issue.
