Apparel company Carhartt Inc. filed a trademark lawsuit Monday in Michigan Eastern District Court against sunglass maker Costa Del Mar Inc. The suit, brought by Dickinson Wright, is over Carhartt's distinctive stylized "C" logo. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 3:21-cv-11844, Carhartt Inc. v. Costa Del Mar Inc.
