J. Peter Glaws IV of Carr Maloney and Mike Hissam of Hissam Forman Donovan Ritchie have stepped in to represent Duane Morris and attorney Douglas Woloshin in a shareholder derivative complaint concerning the Tierney Corp., a closely-held family business. The action, filed June 28 in District of Columbia District Court by Brown Rudnick, contends that Woloshin ignored a clear conflict of interest by representing the company and its president in her individual capacity. The suit was brought by Brown Rudnick on behalf of shareholders in Tierney Corp. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Rudolph Contreras, is 1:21-cv-01714, Tierney et al. v. Tierney et al.
