With every company in the midst of making workplace decisions right now, experts are quick to remind those decision makers about the impact remote work has had on diversity efforts. And tracking these numbers is being demanded by both internal and external stakeholders more than ever before.

Traditionally, gender and race have been the primary DE&I factors companies have tracked, but increasingly, organizations have been including LGBTQ lawyers, as well as disability status and veteran status, when measuring diversity. And some are even taking it a step further.
