At least two class actions have been filed against T-Mobile USA Inc. over its data breach announced this week. And, with at least 50 million customers affected, lawyers predict many more cases to come.

Both lawsuits were filed Thursday in the Western District of Washington, where T-Mobile has headquarters in Bellevue, Washington. The lawyers behind the suits, who include Morgan & Morgan’s John Yanchunis and Norman Siegel of Stueve Siegel Hanson, have extensive experience bringing data breach lawsuits.
