Whole Woman’s Health LLC, which oversees clinics in Indiana, Maryland, Minnesota, Virginia and Texas, has led the fight over the past few years against anti-abortion laws around the country.

On Wednesday, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit issued a 2-1 ruling in Whole Woman’s Health Alliance v. Rokita allowing several of Indiana’s abortion restrictions to continue while the court considers a full appeal of the case.
