What does it mean to be quarantined?
That’s the question arising in several class actions filed against insurance firms after governmental orders tied to the COVID-19 pandemic forced ski resorts to close and travelers to cancel their plans. At issue is the language in some policies that requires insurers to provide coverage in the event someone gets “quarantined.”
