Many law firms have by now postponed their return to offices, with some opting not to even set a new target date. So, for many, the work-from-home routine continues.

That leaves everyone at those firms with a little more time to prepare. For firm leaders, it's time to prepare for work conditions to change again, after changing so abruptly 18 months ago.
