The Arizona Supreme Court has agreed to review the constitutionality of state budget provisions banning schools from requiring masks and vaccines, as well as prohibiting them from teaching critical race theory.

On Sept. 29, state Attorney General Mark Brnovich filed an appeal in Arizona School Boards Association v. Arizona after Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Katherine Cooper struck down budget provisions as unconstitutional.
