Good morning and welcome to Supreme Court Brief! The second and final week of the October argument session features five cases over two days, but there will be some drama. One of the term’s higher profile cases will be argued Wednesday involving the Boston Marathon bomber. But first on this morning’s calendar is the term’s under-the-radar abortion  challenge.
