When Kingsley Napley senior associate Moira Campbell saw first hand the devastating impact that pregnancy loss had on several of her colleagues, she was determined to enshrine better support for women and families who go through such a situation.
Earlier this year she helped spearhead the firm’s move to introduce a specific policy relating to the issue. More recently, several other major U.K. firms have opted for the measure or are mulling introducing one.
