President Joe Biden on Wednesday nominated four U.S. attorneys, tapping three assistant federal prosecutors and a co-managing partner at Greenberg Traurig’s New Jersey office.

Philip Sellinger was named U.S. attorney for New Jersey. The founder of Greenberg Traurig’s office in Florham Park had been a rumored front-runner for the post since May when Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez withdrew her name from consideration.
