The New Jersey Supreme Court issued a censure on Monday to a lawyer who sent a graphic sexual proposition to a client after he handled her divorce.

Morristown attorney Kevin M. Regan sent an email to the client two days after her divorce was finalized, using extremely graphic language in an offer to perform oral sex on her, the Supreme Court’s Disciplinary Review Board said.
