Oklahoma's High Court Finds Opioid Judgment 'Went Too Far'

The Oklahoma Supreme Court reversed a $465 million opioid judgment against Johnson & Johnson's Janssen Pharmaceuticals, concluding that a district judge "went too far" in expanding the state's public nuisance law to include the sale and marketing of a company's products.
