The proposed class action against Facebook over the Cambridge Analytica data scandal has all the makings of a litigation blockbuster, from a high-profile topic to marquee counsel at prestigious law firms. But that doesn't mean the participants can't still try to be thrifty, especially when it comes to the traditionally astronomical costs of PACER court documents.
