Kenneth Polite Addresses DOJ White-Collar Agenda

Assistant Attorney General Kenneth Polite has had varied roles in his roughly 20-year legal career: white-collar defense attorney, U.S. attorney in New Orleans, corporate compliance officer and now the head of the criminal division at Main Justice.

But, he told an audience Wednesday at the American Conference Institute's annual FCPA conference, his favorite job was being a line prosecutor in the Southern District of New York, a role he held from 2007 until 2010.
