An Ohio judge who was recently suspended for one year without pay has missed a deadline to surrender his attorney registration card, according to the Ohio Supreme Court’s filing on Tuesday.

Tiffin-Fostoria Municipal Court Judge Mark E. Repp was suspended by the Ohio Supreme Court on Nov. 9 for ordering a nondisruptive woman be taken into custody and drug tested after she sat in the gallery for her boyfriend’s arraignment in March 2020. The woman did not have a pending case and she was not on any sort of probation.
