NY Jury Gives 2nd Verdict to Opioid Plaintiffs

A New York jury gave the plaintiff bar a second victory in opioid trials after finding pharmaceutical manufacturer Teva and its affiliated companies were 90% liable for causing a public nuisance in the state of New York and two Long Island counties. The jury, which deliberated through the holidays, found the state of New York was 10% liable.
