The number of law firms willing to hire fully remote associates on a case-by-case basis is inching upward. But none has yet followed Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan with a blanket "work from anywhere" policy, suggesting that most firms and associates are content with hybrid arrangements once the "new normal" finally arrives.
