A federal district court judge ordered a plaintiffs attorney to pay fees after filing an amended complaint accusing opposing counsel of committing fraud with the help of a state superior court judge.

The plaintiff, Nellie Saninocencio, filed a civil complaint in the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts in September making fraud allegations against defense attorneys involved in a 2015 negligence case in Essex Superior Court. In state court, Saninocencio had filed a simple negligence lawsuit after she slipped and fell after being ordered to move her vehicle for snow removal.
