After 20 years as an attorney at Pennsylvania’s Judicial Conduct Board, Francis Puskas has been named chief counsel of the body, which is charged with investigating and prosecuting judicial misconduct by state judges.

The JCB made the announcement Friday. Richard Long, who served as chief counsel to the group since November 2018, stepped down Friday to become general counsel to the Pennsylvania Medical Society.
