'It's a Bit Rich Coming From Partners': Associates Fire Back at Senior Lawyers' Complaints About Salary Hikes
Associates say partners should do more than just 'grumble' about the pay war, given they have the power to enact cultural change.

From general counsel to partners, it seems that everybody has something to say about the pay war. But the recent view that almost all law firm partners think their newly qualified lawyers earn too much has prompted junior lawyers to weigh in on the discussion.
Several associates told Law.com International that the comments around their pay being too high is hypocritical and an attempt to shift the blame away from the industry's deeper issues.
