Consumer Class Action/Mass Tort Defense

Robert Gross and Benjamin Reed Zakarin of Barclay Damon have stepped in to represent Land Air Sea Systems Inc. in a pending consumer class action. The case, filed Jan. 12 in New York Eastern District Court by Finkelstein, Blankinship, Frei-Pearson & Garber, accuses the defendant of deceiving consumers by falsely labeling its GPS products as being made in the USA.
