The Council of the Section of Legal Education and Admissions to the Bar of the American Bar Association ruled that Western New England University School of Law remains an approved law school and is no longer noncompliant with a provision governing bar exam pass rates.

In November, the ABA council found that the law school was not in compliance with Standard 316, according to an ABA posting dated Dec. 2.
