Am Law 200 firm ArentFox Schiff made headlines recently by being the first large law firm to buy a digital plot of land in the metaverse, upon which the firm is now building a virtual office.
In this week's episode, Law.com business of law reporter Bruce Love talks to firm chair Anthony Lupo and ArentFox Schiff crypto chair James Williams about what inspired the decision to jump into that world. The firm is building its metaverse office in what is known as Decentraland, in the Fashion/Retail district, to be near its clients in that space, many of whom have already made their own forays into virtual reality.
