MoFo Lawyers on How the U.S. Government 'Shattered the Playbook' in Russia Response

Russia's war on Ukraine has elicited an unprecedented economic response from Western governments.

Round after round of sanctions and export controls imposed in the weeks since the invasion has sent companies scrambling for legal counsel on how to comply with new restrictions, prepare for the Justice Department's coming enforcement crackdown and manage reputational risks as the backlash grows against Russia's increasing assault on civilians in Ukraine.
