Copyright Groups Pick Sides in Twitter Subpoena Fight

Photography and copyright interest groups are opposing Twitter's legal argument against identifying anonymous users in a federal case that's drawing attention from an array of groups.

A new amicus brief from the Copyright Alliance says, "Twitter and its amici supporters seek to rewrite existing legal rules for unmasking anonymous online infringers."
