The Louisiana Supreme Court disbarred an attorney on consent April 5 after a federal grand jury indicted him for the possession and production of child pornography.
Leesville, Louisiana, attorney Michael Allen Smith Jr., 32, pleaded guilty in February 2022 to producing child pornography in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Louisiana.
