Some attorneys have emerged on this side of the pandemic with a new set of career priorities. In this week's episode, Erin Webber, Littler Mendelson's managing director, and shareholder Scott Forman shared how the firm is shifting to the changing preferences of the talent market.
Forman developed tech-enabled staffing models in the aftermath of the Great Recession to help lower clients' legal spend and bring back attorneys who might've otherwise left the industry as a result of new life circumstances, such as retirement or child care. During the pandemic, Forman said the pool of lawyers interested in these more flexible staffing models broadened.
