Edelson has recently been spreading the word–not to mention rapping–about what he views as a big problem among the plaintiffs bar: consumer class action claims rates. Digital transactions are, of course, the norm in 2022–except when it comes to class action settlement payouts, which are often doled out to class members in the form of paper checks.
