Weil, Gotshal & Manges has strengthened its London-based restructuring practice with the hire of Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld partner Lois Deasey.
Deasey joined Akin Gump in 2014 and was promoted to partner in January 2020. She previously held stints at U.K. firm Bingham McCutchen and Slaughter and May, where she trained and qualified.
