Also, it's still LGBTQ Pride Month, and once again the judiciary is honoring an openly gay jurist. This week, it's District Judge Judge Judith E. Levy out of the Eastern District of Michigan.

"There are openly gay people on the bench, that's what the Judiciary is. In order to be an effective third branch of government we need to understand the people who come before us," says Judge Levy in a video interview on the judiciary's website. Check out the full post here.
