More than two dozen lawsuits have been filed against Exactech, a manufacturer based in Gainesville, Florida, following recalls relating to its knee, hip and ankle implants. 'It wouldn't surprise me if there were a few thousand at least,' said Waters & Kraus partner Patrick Wigle of the cases.
