A Virginia attorney has consented to having his license revoked after a state bar disciplinary investigation revealed that he engaged in a fraudulent scheme during civil will proceedings.

Attorney Mark Edward Kellogg represented Robert Machen from September 2018 into 2019 as executor of the estate of Wilma R. Williams. Machen entered a probated will into consideration in August 2018, one week after Williams’ death, court records show.
