And Then There Were Four: Bayer Regroups Roundup Plan

Bayer's "five-point plan" to resolve Roundup lawsuits was reduced to four points after the Eleventh Circuit reversed a favorable ruling for Monsanto. The July 12 decision came after the U.S. Supreme Court's decision not to hear two other Roundup cases addressing federal preemption.
