"This is as strong a set of employment and salary outcomes as I have seen in my more than 18 years here at NALP," James G. Leipold, executive director of NALP, who will be retiring in October, said in the report. "The Class of 2021 benefited from the economic rebound and the pent-up demand for legal services that followed the widespread shutdown of 2020."
