A federal judge is allowing a plaintiff to apply Massachusetts law to his loss-of-consortium claim for several injuries stemming from a car accident that occurred in New Hampshire.

Tyioun Keyes, a Massachusetts resident, filed the suit in U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts against VIP Inc. for his injuries due to the alleged negligent installation of his vehicle’s tires.
