A group of seven terminated Starbucks baristas may get their jobs back after a federal judge ordered their reinstatement.

U.S. District Judge Sheryl H. Lipman of the District Court of Western Tennessee issued an injunction requiring Starbucks to reinstate the seven unlawfully fired partners, dubbed the Memphis Seven. The Seattle-based coffee company refers to its employees as partners.
