The U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland is requiring all individuals in any courtroom in the district to wear a mask, either KN-95, N-95, surgical or another appropriate option, a federal judge ordered Thursday.

The order, effective immediately, applies to all courtrooms in the district and will require all prospective jurors to wear masks when present in the jury assembly rooms.
