For Some Lawyers, Mass Shootings Hit Home.

Several prominent plaintiffs firms filed lawsuits last week on behalf of victims of two mass shootings. Baum Hedlund filed the first lawsuit over the May 24 mass shooting at an elementary school in Uvalde, Texas, which killed 19 children and 2 adults, while Edelson and Paul Weiss filed the first cases over the mass shooting at a July 4th parade in Highland Park, Illinois, where seven people died.
